The 16th century Domaine is now owned and run by British couple Charles and Ruth Simpson. The name of this cuvée means 'the last varieties', the constituent grapes being the latest to ripen.
A generous and lively Chardonnay, which has been the winner of numerous awards. Dried fruit aromas abound on the nose, with a touch of honey and white flowers. The palate has an ample feel, very round, with a fleshy fruit core and tinges of vanilla.

This Malbec has been produced in a small area close to St. Chinian. It strikes an excellent balance between the traditionally robust and tannic wines of Cahors and the more fruit driven Malbecs from the New World.
